 10 quick tips to support yourself when you are getting overwhelmed and stressed

1.Whe you Notice stress creeping up its time to blow the balloon imaginary since you are a grown up. Find a balloon and blow if you don’t have imagine and pretend to be a kid again. What I mean is just breath

  1. Play imaginary games in your heard. Like What if game. Example What if things were different? What if you were at your favourate place of relaxation. What if………
  2. Pretend you are a kid again and find toys or imaginary toes and play join your kids in the toy room or sand box
  3. Inner Smile. Try this and see how relaxed you get
  4. Reminding your Face to smile. Sometimes faces don’t remember to smile. A reminder now and again helps.
  5. Cross crawl This is a Brain Gym exercise which helps to synchronize the right and left brain hemisphere by crossing the body midline. Right arm crosses to the left side of the body while the left leg crosses to the right side of the body. Reap over and over
  6. Count backwards from 100 to 1
  7. Multitasking is deadly energy sucker. Stop and do one activity at a time and see how much you get done
  8. Sit down in your favourate place close your eyes and breath in and out and for about 10 – 15 minutes
  9. Go for a walk in nature and connect to mother nature share your challenges.
